Meet Doug & Cassie Adams
When Doug opened his business in 2016, his focus was much more broad, offering remodeling and handyman services to a wide range of business and homeowners. As the first few years passed, it became clear that his true talent lay in custom woodworking, especially cabinet making. By 2020 Doug and Cassie had decided to narrow down the scope of the business to offer only woodworking projects. Interior trim, custom cabinetry, and the occasional custom furniture project became some of Doug’s specialties. Since that time Doug has striven to develop a deeper skill set, and offer increasingly luxury quality, while maintaining the accessibility that is a core part of the companies values. Doug’s favorite projects are the unique, unusual, and never-before-seen solutions to everyday needs in homes and businesses. Combining skills acquired from a background in machining, and custom design Doug brings an ingenuity and precision to woodworking that can be difficult to find in today’s fast paced, one-size-fits-all world.
Cassie comes with a background of a very different skill set. With a degree in accounting and a background in small business management that spans from payroll administration to tax accounting, she has a head for the numbers, and the bottom line. If Cassie’s head is in the numbers though, her heart is in design. Not one to strictly follow trends, Cassie’s design style can best be described as an eclectic blend of Mid-Century Mod, Art Deco, and Classic Victorian Elegance. While not formally trained in design, she loves to offer suggestions and direction behind the scenes, when a project needs a special touch, or a unique look.
